What you'll be doing day to day As a Human Resources Business Partner, facilitating the work strategies for the co-workers and leaders at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:
Work collaboratively with co-workers and leaders to provide guidance on various topics and issues.
Lead and develop the Human Resources/People and Culture Team to provide an excellent co-worker experience.
Ensure compliance and consistency with people strategies and global principles/guidelines.
Collaborate with the managers to support the building of local business competence & performance goals setting.
Support the Generalist or Market Area Learning Delivery Specialist in the delivery of learning & training.
Collaborate with the Market Area Manager on succession planning and leadership development for high-performing co-worker potential.
Ensure all labor relations principles and local policies, procedures, and laws are adhered to.
Share responsibility for the distribution of budget hours between the units, enabling an efficient people planning process.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS Union experience required-Union negotiating experience preferred Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role Experience developing people and organizations Ability to influence and inspire Effective communication skills Apply now!
