VP Of Finance
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor all Internal Controls relevant to the safeguarding of company assets, including controls related to the confidentiality of all records, the compliance of governing regulatory authorities and information related to financial information of the company.

Organize and maintain tax records as required by Federal, State and Local tax regulations.
Coordinate all internal, external and regulatory audits related to financial records.
Ensure that the company meets all required payment, financial reporting and project deadlines as dictated by the company, regulation or laws.
Coordinate and develop processes, in conjunction with all departments, with the goal of producing financial statements that are effective management tools used in the operation of the company's business.
Continually search for efficiency in staffing, technology and processes of the Financial are, specifically, and the company in total.
Organize and structure a departmental operating plan that completes the assigned tasks in timely manner, yet is flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances.
Demonstrate user-level abilities with Microsoft Office and other accounting and related software used by the company. Effectively communicate changes and deviations of work plan and other events to supervisors.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing concerns; and resolving problems.
Supervisory over functional areas:
Player Services, Cage, Finance, Accounting, IT and Purchasing/Warehouse for Perryville.

Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience; CPA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
